The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2002, retaining its typical features (exposed beams, old walls and floors, etc.) and integrating the equipment necessary for modern life. You reach the house from the road via a 200m-long dirt track that is perfectly passable. The property's hilltop location offers superb views over the Minorcan pine forests of the countryside. The property has a swimming pool (9 m x 4 m) surrounded by an enclosed green area where children can play. There's also a pergola with barbecue, table and chairs for meals in the shade. Interior :

The interior of the house is all on one level, although there are a few areas accessible by stairs. In fact, the original 19th-century structure has been preserved.
