Finca Benimussa 443 overlooks a private 20,000m² plot at the top of one of Benimussa's hills. Here, overlooking the surrounding hills, you'll feel secluded and relaxed, far from the festive hustle and bustle of the capital.

Around the pool, you can relax in the shade of large umbrellas comfortably seated on teak deckchairs and elegant mattresses, or lounge in the garden, seated in pretty chiliennes.

Opposite the terrace is a completely renovated swimming pool (4mx12m), with plenty of seating for relaxing in the water. It has a large, shallow "beach" for young children. On the other side, more experienced swimmers can dive or jump in at a depth of 2.5 m. 

The property can accommodate up to 10 people. It comprises a main house (4 bedrooms), an independent guest house (1-bedroom apartment) and numerous outdoor areas. In all, 5 double bedrooms, 5 bath/shower rooms, 3 fully-equipped kitchens, terraces and a huge garden are at your disposal. All indoor spaces are air-conditioned.

The finca also boasts numerous indoor communal areas, including living rooms and a TV room, as well as a large shaded terrace with seating for 12, a gondola for relaxing overlooking the garden and swimming pool, and 2 outdoor lounges with seating areas for relaxing with friends or family. There are plenty of convivial spaces, as well as more private ones where you can get away from it all.

Location

Finca Benimussa 443 is ideally situated in the countryside between San Antoni and San Josep on the Benimussa hills, a privileged location on the island of Ibiza. You're just a 10-minute drive from Sant Josep, with its supermarkets, shopping and restaurants, and 20 minutes from downtown Ibiza (Dalt Vila). The nearest beaches are among Ibiza's most beautiful and offer the most stunning sunsets: 15 minutes by car to Cala Gracioneta, Cala Salada, Punta Galera, Cala Gracioala. A 20-minute drive further southwest: the beaches of Cala Comte, Cala Vedella or, further south, Sa Caleta, Cala d'Hort. It takes around 40 minutes to reach Cala San Vincente in the extreme north of the island.

We also recommend using the deck for your yoga, Pilates and/or meditation sessions. It's ideally situated overlooking the finca, amidst the trees, and offers exceptional views of the surrounding area. Unforgettable sessions of reconnection.

Last but not least, the Finca boasts ample shaded private parking for 3 cars (equipped with electrical outlets), an alarm system connected to the police, a property manager living 5 minutes away, and a cleaning service offering a mid-stay and end-of-stay service. The swimming pool attendant and gardener also visit every week.
