INTERIOR
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the main floor, there's a large living room with a modern open kitchen that opens onto several outdoor spaces and the garden.
There are also three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed and access to terrace. Bathroom shared with bedroom 2.
- Bathroom with shower and access to sauna (shared by rooms 1 and 2).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed. Bathroom shared with bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom (bath).
On the upper level, you'll find the master bedroom with bathroom and two further bedrooms:
- Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom (shower) and access to a private terrace.
- Bedroom 5: twin beds.
- Bedroom 6: Queen-size bed, bathroom (bath) and access to a large shared terrace with fantastic views over the Ibiza countryside.
The property was tastefully renovated in 2017 using high-quality modern materials.
