Next to the 25-meter-long swimming pool is an outdoor kitchen area, ideal for barbecues and local specialties.

You can enjoy meals both inside and outside the house. You'll find plenty of space to relax on terraces at different levels.

One of them offers a magnificent sunset over Menorca's rolling hills, a perfect spot for an aperitif. 

A surprisingly spacious home

The first floor has a very Menorcan atmosphere, pure and light, with vaulted ceilings and whitewashed walls. The second floor has more of a strong personality, with a rich palette of colors, especially around the shared spaces, telling the story of the finca in all its splendor. Finally, the second floor is discreet and minimalist, ideal for retreating from the rest of the house. Each room is a unique creation adorned with richly colored authentic tiles and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Menorcan countryside, with a sunrise or sunset visible from every window.

In the evening, you can enjoy a drink in the English club-style lounge with its green marble bar, library and card table.

Comfortable, restful rooms

The house, built over 1,000 square meters, has eleven bedrooms each with a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom or shower room.

An additional bedroom is available for up to six children, with its own bathroom. The size of each room varies from 17 m² to 30 m². Linen sheets and towels are provided for the bathrooms and swimming pool.

Everything is planned to ensure a pleasant, stress-free getaway for all, without the hassle of shopping, cooking, cleaning, organizing... 

We take care of everything...

You can take advantage of a wide range of services to make the most of your vacation: tennis lessons, yoga sessions, physical training, pottery workshop, car, boat, bike rental, child care, guided tours, chauffeur service, beauty services, massages and anything else .... just arrange them at least one month before your arrival date.

Every day, 12 hours / day.

Cook

A cook and her assistant are available, 8 hours a day, to prepare your breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. This service is compulsory in July and August; please allow around €4,000 ex-VAT / week / 10 people minimum (for more than 10 people, prices on request). Food and beverages included (except wine).
