A traditional Menorcan farmhouse has been restored and converted into a 14-room hotel, designed with respect for the essential beauty of pure Menorcan architecture combined with modern comfort, using sustainable and efficient technologies in all areas.

Further along, the property converges on two wild ravines populated by a wide variety of endemic species and natural rock formations, crowned by pine and oak woods with panoramic views of the countryside and sea.

The farm's produce is used in all ingredients and products, as a foundation for Son Blanc's focus on holistic health and well-being.

All around the farmhouse, stone walls and terraces have been revived, giving life to an edible forest, an orchard with lush rows of varied fruit, surrounded by vegetable and herb gardens that stretch across the entire estate.

The designers have meticulously considered every detail, from design to finish, to prioritize local, natural and sustainable materials, as well as ultra-efficient energy use and temperature control. 

Design and craftsmanship play a key role in the finished product.

Indoor and outdoor spaces include generous sun terraces, a traditional patio and covered vaulted porch, two open indoor kitchens, beautifully designed and decorated indoor dining rooms, indoor and outdoor bars. Tucked away at the side of the house, a superb rock-effect swimming pool offers views of the sea and terraced orchards.

They'll take your wishes and requirements into account, creating a unique atmosphere and meal proposal for you.

Agriturismo Son Blanc's total capacity is 28 people in a total of 14 rooms.

Some are double, some are twin, some have private terraces and outdoor wooden bathtubs, but all have private bathrooms, air conditioning and heating, minibars, safes and countryside or sea views.

All rooms are unique. The main house has 11 bedrooms, including an accessible bedroom, a separate country suite and two barn rooms with large terraces.

The farm also boasts an inspiring yoga studio, an outdoor fitness area surrounded by wilderness, a massage room, a pottery workshop and, let's not forget, 130 hectares of nature and countryside.
